WHo’s tried to lose weight by doing the HIP HOP ABS workout video…what was your results?

I ordered hip hop abs hoping to lose wight cuz i know that show on tv “dancing with the stars” they got in good shape by just dancing. Who tried this and how long before you saw results and what video did you do. Thanks
