what workout can widen the chest and abs best instead of the thicken it?
not that there’s anything wrong with a thick body..i just want to widen my body because i want to look a size bigger..
the workout i do now..
day 1. flat, incline bench press, bench flyes
day 2. wrist curl, bicep curl, pullover
day 3. rest
day 4. dumbbells situps, squats
day 5. rest
back to day 1.
