What is the fastest way to loose weight and belly fat?
I am about 164 centimeters tall and weight 49 kilograms. I am trying to get in shape for the summer. My goal is to get really skinny (I DON’T CARE if it is not healthy!)
Please give me tips on how to loose weight and burn belly fat! And also how to motivate myself about it!
