What is a good workout for my abs (guys only please)?
I want them bigger, to pop more so I don’t have to flex just so they are seeable. I don’t have the money to buy anything, I won’t do drugs, and I don’t have acces to weights or a gym. And did the workout you are telling me work for you?
I do not need to lose weight, it would be unhealthy for me to, and I need to take in alot of calories, I am growing so doctors orders.
