What is a different but simple workout to target abs, obliques, quadriceps, and arms?
I already work out but I’m sick of doing just push ups, sit ups, crunches, crunches with twists etc. Whats something simple that all I need to do to do it is just my body and not any weights?
I don’t have any free weights or anything so this is why. (I realize I can use a water bottle or something I just want something i can do anywhere at anytime)
