What exercises can I do to lose massive belly fat?
Hi, I’m 4″11 and weigh 95 lbs. It seems that all the fat my body stores is located mostly in my belly and lovehandles. I have massive folds of skin there – i can stretch it like dough. Otherwise, I am happy with my body/weight. I don’t have time to go to a gym. What exercies can i do at home? Currently I walk at least 3 miles on the treadmill and do 100 crunches every day. Would a chin up bar help?
