What are some exercises I can do at home to reduce muffin top/flatten stomach?

I’m 16, 173cm tall and 60kg. I know I’m a healthy weight but I am carrying excess fat that I don’t need around my stomach and legs. What are some exercises that I can do and how many should I do a day. I would like to lose 5kg. Also any suggestions on food options?
