Should abs workout be done before or after losing the all weight?

I want to lose 20 pounds and I am going to the gym everyday except Saturday and Sunday. I do cardio and some light weight to tone, but I don’t know if I should be doing abs workout with a chubby stomach, should I first lose the weight I want to lose and then do abs workout??…or should I do abs workout during my daily workouts and cardio?? help please
