How to make my waist slimmer and lose some fat on my belly?
I have belly fat and I really need to trim down my waistline a bit and lose the stubborn abdominal fat. I cannot wear the blouses that I like because I have to hide the fat in my abdomen and the sides. It’s just so unflattering to look at.
Can anyone suggest any exercise regimen to flatten my abdomen and make my waist slimmer? Please suggest something else than sit-ups and crunches.
