So they’ve decided to get a flat stomach? No, those commercials of the night about certain gadgets to help you get a flat belly do not work. Even the execution of a million squats and abs every day will get you the coveted six pack abs. To get a flat stomach, you must place a job and learn some science. Here are some tips to help you achieve your goal and if you stick to it, you’ll find not only your stomach get flatter, will also miss the weight of all parts of your body. Correct eating habit and nutrition is the most important factor to achieve a flat stomach. You have to control your blood sugar levels in the blood to lose body fat to do this, you will have to consume five to six meals small meals a day. Note, I said small meals. For example, you can split part of its three daily meals into 5-6 smaller meals. Simple as that. The next step is to reduce consumption of carbohydrates and 50 percent or less of their meals. Most people eat too much carbohydrate and before your body can burn carbohydrates for energy, and would have been converted into glycogen and fat. However, you need not go so far as to cut dramatically the carbohydrates. Eat small meals every 2 to 3 hours. This is because when your stomach empties itself, the body tends to retain fat and eat often, you control your blood sugar in the blood to promote fat loss and you begin to lose weight gradually. However, if you’re still losing weight, then you consume excess calories and so if this happens to you, make your meals smaller cutting more carbs. In the first week, you will probably lose between 4 to 5 pounds (2 kg) of water weight. Subsequently, you should 1 to 2 pounds per week. If you are losing more weight than that, then you are probably losing muscles too. So carefully monitor weight loss. Now, if you are not losing 1 to 2 pounds per week, then reduce another 100 calories of your meals. Remember to abstain from sugar laden beverages like soda or coffee with cream and sugar as these drinks are full of calories. You will have to be in this food program for six days per week reserves a day as a reward to cheat to keep up with the system of success. However, I am not in favor of the trap day, because people tend to use as an excuse to eat again and again. You need to decide for itself whether to include a cheat day or not. You may also want to include a weight training program because for every pound of muscle you gain, you will burn 30-50 additional calories per calendar day. Part of your weight training program should include abdominal exercises to tighten your abdominal muscles to make it look flat stomach. Finally, set aside four to five days a week to perform cardio exercises for 30-40 minutes. This is to help burn more calories. Is this flat belly program easy to follow? I say it is and that’s why very few people succeed in getting the flat stomach. However, it is definitely achievable if your motivation to have a flat belly is attractive enough.
