This super-fast lifestyle is taking a huge health of people and most of them do not realize until too late. A vibrant health is what everyone should have, but how many of us really have? In this “age of instant food” is the victim. Work, home, social pressures combine to make healthy eating habits and it seems unlikely that ugly roll of fat around the stomach is proof of that. Here we will try to show how poor food intake increases belly fat. Who does not want to look good? It’s human nature to want to look attractive. People spend money on gyms, fad diets just so they can have an enviable figure. . . Besides ugly, fat in the abdomen is a sure sign of a number of diseases that can only make this fat attack extremely damaging to health. Nature designed the human body so that store fat as an energy reserve, but a leap in technology (our work cut in half) was higher inactivity and poor eating habits and this has contributed to achieving the fat stored in the abdomen. A diet high in sodium and fat and sugar is added to abdominal fat. People now are so pressed for time to take shortcuts for food and now they have replaced good old home cooking with ready to eat food packages. Food fast food is poor, no matter what companies to advertise their products as healthy. Junk food contains high levels of fat, sugar and salt. It is popular because it is easy to buy, it needs no preparation and is suitable for eating and also increases your waist. Studies have shown that poor food intakes increases belly fat, because the results of fibrous foods less nutritious and removing the poor which in turn causes swelling and distension of the stomach. You will not be able to get rid of that belly fat without taking a good look at what we put there. If you treat your stomach like a garbage can and insist on dumping of poor nutrition foods in it, will take its toll on you. People do not realize that no matter how much exercise you do, poor food intakes increases belly fat and to be protected against it. Whenever you are too emotionally charged, we tend to eat more and most of the time, we reach out this packet of crisps or chocolate cake. In our mental stress we do not realize the impact of these foods high in saturated fat and therefore our poor food intake increases belly fat. Foods rich in protein, carbohydrates, vitamins and minerals essential for a balanced diet. These food groups provide the right amount of nutrition needed by the body. Many times people make the mistake of a very strict diet in the hope that they will lose weight and remain hungry for long periods. But this makes the body goes in the “hunger”, decreases the metabolism and fat cells break down less and this is another example of how the poor food intake increases belly fat. Thus, the right kind of food choices are very important to radiant health and an enviable figure!
