How do I get rid of some stubborn lower stomach fat?
I am a male, 19 years old, 5’10” and approximately 170 pounds. I am pretty muscular, and the only thing I want to work in is my lower abs. I have very defined upper abs, but I only have a 4 pack. I run three times a week, work out every day, and my body fat is around 10%-12%. Is there any advice to get rid of the lower stomach fat so my six pack can emerge?
