How do I get rid of leg fat, arm fat, and belly fat?
I want to get rid of my leg fat, not put it more muscle. I want my legs to be thinner. And also, I have a belly that I need to get rid of & fast. I want a flat tummy. What are the fastest ways to do this? Also, Every time I move my arms my fat jigges, I would like to get rid of that too. Thank you
