How can i lose my stomach fat?
Besides the fact that I have to lose about 20 lbs to get back to my 120 lbs frame, I was wondering what kind of exercises will help me lose my stomach fat. All the mass accumulated low, in my pubic area and it’s that typical pouch that you often see on older women (I’m 25) I have never had a perfectly flat stomach even in my teen years; I wonder if genes are simply against me and if plastic surgery would be my only option. I do have strong stomach muscles underneath that fat (I’m a dancer and I do a lot of moves that require a strong core) but the question is how to rid myself of it?
