How can i get rid of my lil bit of belly fat and get a six pack?
so i’m 18 and I weigh 215.I used to weigh 260 but i started working out and eating right,but i still have some stubborn belly fat!I do weight lifting and pull ups and about 100 sit ups each night.I also do push ups.How can i get rid of that fat and get a six pack?any other exercises or supplements i could take?please give me some advice.
