How can I flatten my stomach, and tone my arms and thighs?
I really want to flatten my stomach, and tone my arms and thighs so that they are ‘skinnier’. But I don’t want muscles, I just want them to be toned and a lot thinner, and I need to loose 15 pounds, so if you have any tips or exercises I colud try that wolud be wonderful!! Thanks!!
p.s. I am not fat, but i want to be toned!
P.s.s I don’t eat fast food, And I weigh 90 pounds!! ( i’m 14 ) and please don’t tell me I shouldn’t be worried about my weight, or anything else like that, thanks!!
