Flat Abs Diet & Exercise Rules
Here are some flat abs diet and exercise rules to keep trying to lose weight. Do not expect to see no mention of the cracks (yawn), running on a treadmill (zzz), or drinking lots of water (pfft). I fun got better and more things for you instead. 1. Whirling in a circle like a 4-yeah boy Sound fun? Better to run or do sit-ups. . . Of course! What you do is spin clockwise with your arms like airplane wings. Do this for 10-20 turns. Make sure to stop when you’re a little dizzy. . . not very dizzy. This is great for weight loss and getting flat abs, as it stimulates your endocrine system to balance your hormones. So if you suspect you have hormonal problems, turning to fix that. Once your hormones are back to normal, you should lose weight almost effortlessly. A big advantage is that spinning gives you an incredible burst of energy. A mini-trampoline is cheap, about $ 25. Just jump on it for a few minutes at a time whenver you get the chance. I do it during TV commercials while watching television. What could be easier? This allows me to exercise without having to spend a block of time for it. Very efficient and productive. 3. Eating eggs for breakfast eggs are just about the perfect breakfast choice. High in protein and low in carbohydrates, which fill them up and help prevent cravings throughout the day. A key to weight loss is starting your day so you do not have to play ball in calories for the day. Normally eat 3-4 eggs scrambled with half can of black beans. 4. Snack on grapes red grapes are an awesome snack because you’re eating is like water. . . because the grapes have that high water content. To fill you and give you energy. What more can you ask of a food? So to help you lose weight and get flat abs, simply follow the 4 rules of diet and exercise.
