Circuit training to make your metabolism Many people simply do not know that you can lose belly fat with exercise by strength training in a circuit of different exercises. It’s interesting. The more muscle you work when you exercise, the greater the number of calories you use during actual work and in the early hours after completion. For many, this is counterintuitive. Many people think strength training is a form of exercise that adds large amounts of muscle, not helping to lose stomach fat. I really want to help you see how weight training will help increase strength, increase your resting metabolism, builds muscles, getting frustrating plateau past, and last but not least, help you lose belly fat! I warn you though, do not make the common mistake of just doing “3 sets of 15 repetitions” in the machines in the gym. Machines can sometimes be a decent way to start, but they are simply the most optimal way to help you lose belly fat. An ideal alternative is to use the circuit training exercise to help you do more work in less time. Try using your own bodyweight and some functional teams instead of machines and you will see the difference it makes! Here is an example of circuit training routine: First, make a 5-10 minute warm-up 1. Pushups invested “12 reps 2. Bent over row repetitions weighs ’12 3. Body weight squats reps ’12 4. Bend the legs reps Stability Ball ’12 5. 5-10 seconds per side side boards 6. 12 Standing DB overhead press’ representatives 7. Stability ball crunches repetitions ’15 Try going from beginning to end with 0-30 seconds rest between each exercise. If you do this entire circuit of 2.3 times, you get a great workout that will help you lose belly fat and gain muscle in about 20-30 minutes. This is just a sample exercise routine that illustrates the basic structure of a circuit training fat loss workout With this circuit, you exercise to lose belly fat, and stronger! Always try to rest at least one day between each workout to give your body a chance to recover. Remember that muscles build up and become stronger while at rest after a workout. 2. Interval training as opposed to “half Cardio routine” If you have never tried interval training instead of cardio routine medium to long, boring and difficult, that is totally missing! The truth is going slow on a cardio machine for 30-60 minutes like most people are not an effective form of exercise to lose belly fat. All we’re doing is training your body to adapt to exercise, which in turn will make you burn fewer calories with each exposure. Interval training help you lose stomach fat because it has a big impact on your resting metabolism. This means you burn calories after the session has ended. A research study found that interval training burned calories for up to 36 hours after the workout was over. The same study found that people who used interval training burned more calories than those who do normal slow cardio routine. Here’s the bottom line: if you want to exercise to lose body fat in the quickest and most effective way possible, then interval training is a must. With interval training, only alternate between high and low intensity rather than going to the same speed all the time. If you use interval training directly after a circuit training session, you will get a lot more work in less time. You crank up your metabolism for several hours after they finish training. This will help you burn many more calories than if the standard long, slow, boring cardio routine. Now you see a basic structure for their training to help you finally lose belly fat with exercise, it’s time to start giving a chance. Losing fat does not have to be arduous and slow.
