Can somebody post a good workout routine for upper body+abs or a link?

I am 16, good shape, and have toned muscles. I am trying to increase the size of my biceps and overall upper body and shape my abs even better. After I started drinking mass-building protein shakes, I saw some improvement in my arms. Any good workouts combined with protein shakes to maximize results? Also, should protein be drunk before and after workout or only after? I don’t want funky $hit.
