Are there any online workouts that help you lose belly fat ?

My cousin is 16 and 150 pounds. She wants to lose her belly fat, she doesnt have a lot just alittle but she wants to get rid of it and have a nice toned stomach. Are there any online workouts that you have tried that have actually worked. Please i really want to help her out. Thanks.
